Amends the Physical Therapy Practice Act to allow certified nurse midwives to refer patients to physical therapists for treatment of conditions within the scope of midwifery practice

Adds a new definition of "midwife" to the Act, meaning an individual licensed under the Medical Practice Act of 1985

Expands the list of practitioners who can make physical therapy referrals, which currently includes physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, dentists, and podiatrists

Updates the definition of "physician assistant" to reference both the Osteopathic Medical Practice Act and the Medical Practice Act of 1985

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
