Amends Pennsylvania's Credit Services Act to prohibit credit services organizations from discriminating based on sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression

Prohibited discriminatory actions include denying credit, increasing charges/fees/collateral requirements, restricting credit amounts, imposing different terms or conditions, or attempting any of these actions

Credit services organizations may still consider a buyer's credit history and apply community property laws to individual cases

Applies to credit services organizations and their salespersons, agents, and representatives

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
