Amends Pennsylvania's Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law to make refusing cash payment an unfair or deceptive practice for in-person retail transactions under $500

Retailers may still refuse large-denomination bills if they post a written policy conspicuously at the point of sale specifying which denominations they will not accept

Applies only to in-person transactions where the purchaser is physically present at the point of sale

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
