Amends Pennsylvania's Pharmacy Act to require the State Board of Pharmacy to develop a medication error prevention training program for licensed pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy technician trainees

Training must be conducted by board-approved instructors using approved curriculum, covering topics including prescriber roles, patient rights, medication categories, poisoning/overdose management, storage and disposal, and the six principles of medication administration (correct medication, dosage, individual, time, method, and documentation)

Certification requires successful completion of the training program, scoring 80% or higher on the examination, and demonstrating knowledge of medication names, uses, side effects, and special instructions

All pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and trainees must complete the training annually; pharmacists licensed less than five years must complete certification twice per year until reaching five years of licensure

Takes effect 180 days after enactment
