Prohibits Pennsylvania government entities, law enforcement agencies, peace officers, and political subdivisions from providing information or using resources to assist out-of-state investigations seeking to impose civil or criminal liability for abortion services that are legal in Pennsylvania

Covers protection for individuals providing, seeking, receiving, or inquiring about abortion services, as well as those assisting such individuals

Applies to a broad range of law enforcement entities including Pennsylvania State Police, Capitol Police, airport police, campus police, county park police, and railroad police departments

Contains an exception allowing cooperation if the underlying conduct being investigated would also violate Pennsylvania law

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
