Increases the annual cap on entertainment production tax credits from $100,000,000 to $125,000,000 per fiscal year

Retains existing provisions allowing the Department of Revenue to award credits in advance from future fiscal years: up to 30% from the next year, 20% from the second year, and 10% from the third year

Applies to fiscal years beginning on or after July 1, 2025

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
