Amends Pennsylvania's invasion of privacy law (Title 18, Section 7507.1) to explicitly include "video" alongside images in provisions covering the transfer or transmission of illegally obtained intimate content

Creates enhanced felony penalties when a teacher commits the offense against a student or an adult commits it against a minor: third-degree felony for first violation, second-degree felony for second or subsequent violations

Clarifies that standard misdemeanor grading (third degree for first offense, second degree for multiple violations) applies when both victim and offender are minors

Adds statutory definitions for "student" (prekindergarten through grade 12 or transitional services up to age 21) and "teacher" (professional employees, substitutes, or instructors at public or private schools)

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
