PA HB1342

Requires the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to provide a 15% discount on prices for picnic pavilions, groves, overnight camping sites, cabins, cottages, lodge rooms, and all other roofed overnight facilities at state parks and state forests

Eligible individuals include active duty members of the U.S. Armed Forces (including Reserve and National Guard components)

Former members of the U.S. Armed Forces with discharges other than dishonorable and veterans with 100% service-related disability (as certified by the VA) also qualify for the discount

The amended version removes eligibility for immediate family members of qualifying service members, which was included in the prior version of the bill

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
