Doubles the maximum vendor discount that licensed businesses can claim for collecting and remitting Pennsylvania sales tax on time

Increases the monthly filer discount cap from $25 to $50 per return

Increases the quarterly filer discount cap from $75 to $150 per return

Increases the semiannual filer discount cap from $150 to $300 per return

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
