Pennsylvania Department of Health must provide one free certified copy of a birth record to each individual born in the Commonwealth upon application

Individuals may request an additional free certified copy of their birth record every four years after the initial free copy

A $20 fee applies to any second or subsequent certified copy requested within a four-year period

Amends The Administrative Code of 1929, Section 609-A regarding Department of Health fee schedules

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
