Establishes the Forest Fire Warden Fund as a separate fund in the State Treasury, with money continuously appropriated to the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources for reimbursing local forest fire wardens

Authorizes reimbursement to local forest fire wardens for approved activities including controlled/prescribed burns, public relations events, fire investigations, suppression, patrol and lookout duties, and required training

Adds reimbursement eligibility for local wardens responding to mutual aid requests made by the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency or the Governor for identified emergencies

Requires the Chief Forest Fire Warden to establish a form and process for local wardens to request reimbursement for approved activities

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
