Requires the Chief Forest Fire Warden to submit an annual report to legislative committees by March 1 of each year covering wildfire and forest fire management activities from the previous calendar year.

Report must include data on wildfire amounts and locations, wildfire prevention actions taken by wardens, and activities carried out under fire resource plans.

Report must document prescribed/controlled burns conducted by the Department and other entities, including any burn information shared with the Department.

Report must provide estimated statewide firefighter manpower organized by forest district and an aggregated list of equipment used by each local forest district.

Act takes effect 60 days after enactment; amends the Conservation and Natural Resources Act of 1995.
