Amends Pennsylvania Public School Code to change school director eligibility from "citizen" to "resident" of the Commonwealth

Prohibits individuals from serving as school directors in districts where an immediate family member is currently employed (defined as parent, sibling, spouse, child, stepchild, grandchild, nephew, niece, first cousin, in-laws, uncle, or aunt)

Reorganizes existing restrictions on school directors who work for career and technical schools, intermediate units, or community colleges into clearer subsections

Applies only to individuals elected or appointed as school directors on or after the effective date, with the act taking effect in 60 days
