Amends the Public School Code of 1949 to require school district grading policies to mandate that teachers assign grades reflecting a pupil's actual mastery of an assignment

Prohibits school districts from requiring teachers to assign minimum grades on assignments regardless of the quality of a student's work (bans "no-zero" grading policies)

Permits school districts to allow students a reasonable opportunity to repeat failed assignments or examinations and receive a revised grade

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
