Veterans with a minimum of 8,000 hours (equivalent to 4 years full-time) of military service in a specific occupational area become eligible for Career and Technical Intern Certificates and Career and Technical Instructional I Certificates to teach in Pennsylvania public schools

"Veteran" is defined as an individual who served in the United States Armed Forces, including reserve components or National Guard, and was discharged under conditions other than dishonorable

Amends Section 1204.2 of the Public School Code of 1949 to add military service as a qualifying pathway for career and technical education teaching certification

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
