Adds sudden unexplained death in a person diagnosed with epilepsy to the list of cases requiring coroner investigation in Pennsylvania

Requires coroner investigations to include an inquiry into whether a death was a direct result of a seizure or epilepsy

Mandates coroners to indicate SUDEP (Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy) as the cause or suspected cause of death on death certificates when findings are consistent with SUDEP

Requires coroners to provide next of kin with contact information for third-party entities that document and analyze SUDEP deaths to identify risk factors

Takes effect 60 days after enactment and applies to all county classes in Pennsylvania (first through eighth class)
