Amends Pennsylvania's stalking statute (Section 2709.1 of Title 18) to create enhanced penalties when an adult stalks a minor victim and the perpetrator is at least four years older than the victim

First offense stalking of a minor by an adult (4+ years older) elevated to a second-degree felony, up from the standard first-degree misdemeanor

Second or subsequent offense stalking of a minor by an adult (4+ years older) elevated to a first-degree felony

Adds statutory definitions for "adult" (18 years or older) and "minor" (under 18 years of age) to the stalking statute

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
