Amends Title 23 (Domestic Relations) and Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to add definitions for "post," "social media platform," and "user"

Authorizes courts to include social media restrictions in protection from abuse orders, allowing judges to prohibit defendants from accessing, utilizing, or posting on social media platforms

Extends the same social media restriction authority to protection orders for victims of sexual violence or intimidation under Title 42

Defines "social media platform" as internet-based services that connect users for social interaction, allow profile creation, enable users to build connection lists, and permit content posting viewable by others

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
