Extends the auto insurance premium discount period for drivers 55 and older who complete a PennDOT-approved driver improvement course from three years to five years

Requires participants to retake an approved course every five years instead of every three years to maintain discount eligibility

Maintains the minimum 5% discount requirement for all coverages on policies where all named insureds are 55+ and have completed the course

Preserves existing conditions for maintaining the discount: no chargeable accidents, no point-related convictions, and no DUI convictions or ARD during the eligibility period

Takes effect 60 days after enactment and applies to insurance policies issued or renewed after that date
