Prohibits insurers from refusing to issue/renew, canceling, or increasing premiums on homeowner's insurance policies based solely on the owner having a dog of a specific breed or breed mixture

Exception allows insurers to take these actions if the specific dog has been officially determined to be a "dangerous dog" under Section 502-A of the Dog Law

Applies to all homeowner's insurance policies issued, renewed, or modified after the effective date

Amends Pennsylvania's Dog Law (Act of December 7, 1982) by adding a new Article I-A on Administrative Procedures

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
