Increases the tax on motor vehicle leases from 3% to 5% of the total lease price charged

Raises the daily rental car fee from $2 to $6.50 per day or part of a day

Increases carsharing and peer-to-peer car-sharing rental fees, with the highest tier (6 hours or more) rising from $2 to $6.50

All revenue continues to be deposited into Pennsylvania's Public Transportation Assistance Fund

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
