Amends Title 35 (Health and Safety) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to update COVID-19 disability benefits for enforcement officers covered under the Enforcement Officer Disability Benefits Law

Extends eligibility to officers who contract COVID-19 or are subject to quarantine due to COVID-19 exposure during any Governor-declared disaster emergency for COVID-19, removing the specific reference to the March 6, 2020 proclamation

Limits disability benefits to 60 days per incident of COVID-19 contraction or quarantine

Adds a statutory definition of "COVID-19" as the infectious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2, first identified in December 2019 in Wuhan, China

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
