Sheldon L. Chambers was a U.S. Army Air Force Flight Officer/Co-Pilot from Altoona who went missing on January 25, 1944, during a flight from China to India; his aircraft wreck was located in India in 2006

PennDOT is required to erect and maintain appropriate signs displaying the bridge name for traffic in both directions

Act takes effect 60 days after enactment
