PA HB1602

Expands the Pennsylvania Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Screening Program to include colorectal cancer screenings, renaming it the Pennsylvania Breast, Colorectal and Cervical Cancer Early Screening Act.

Defines eligible colorectal cancer screening procedures including fecal-occult blood tests, colonoscopies, flexible sigmoidoscopies, CT colonography, and multi-target stool DNA tests.

Extends colorectal cancer screening eligibility to individuals age 45 and older, or ages 40-45 with a family history of colon cancer, or those within 10 years of age of a first-degree relative diagnosed with colon cancer.

Maintains eligibility requirements of family income not exceeding 250% of the federal poverty level and lack of health insurance coverage for the specified screenings.

Takes effect 60 days after enactment.
