Addendums must be available in English, Spanish, and any additional languages the department determines are in significant use within Pennsylvania

Required content includes a statement warning that important rights (wage loss and medical benefits) may be affected by inaction and that interpretation/translation services are available

Must provide contact information for language assistance services, including toll-free phone number, email, mailing address, and other appropriate communication methods

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
