Amends Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) Section 5513 to add statutory definitions for "slot machine" and "amusement game" to Pennsylvania's gambling device laws

Defines "slot machine" broadly to include any mechanical, electrical, or computerized device that accepts payment and delivers cash, merchandise, or anything of value through skill, chance, or both

Exempts three categories from the slot machine definition: devices certified by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, antique slot machines, and amusement games

Defines "amusement game" as a device used exclusively for recreation that offers no cash prizes and only noncash merchandise valued at or below the cost of play, or food/drink of de minimis value

Takes effect 90 days after enactment
