Amends Title 25 (Elections) to require county election commissions to establish a process allowing property owners or lessees to report registered voters listed at their address who no longer reside there

Commissions must immediately send a notice to any registered voter reported through this process and attempt to contact the voter at any alternative address available to update the registration

New reporting mechanism supplements but does not replace existing voter removal programs already established under current law

Effective 60 days after enactment
