Proposed curriculum changes in school districts must be presented at a regular board meeting and cannot be approved until the next regular meeting, creating a mandatory waiting period

Beginning with the 2026-2027 school year, school entities must post on their public websites an Internet link or title for every primary resource used, along with course syllabi or written summaries and State academic standards for each course

Website information must be updated within 30 business days after any revisions to primary resources, syllabi, course descriptions, or academic standards

Applies to school districts, intermediate units, area career and technical schools, charter schools, cyber charter schools, and regional charter schools

Schools are not required to violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of curriculum creators or owners when complying with disclosure requirements
