Unemployment compensation claimants must report receipt of workers' compensation indemnity benefits for total or partial disability to the Department of Labor and Industry

Claimants must report Social Security disability insurance benefits (under 42 U.S.C. § 423) to the department

Private insurance plan benefits paid for temporary or permanent disability, or circumstances making the claimant unavailable for suitable work, must also be reported

Unpaid leave taken under the federal Family and Medical Leave Act (29 U.S.C. Ch. 28) must be reported to the department

Effective date is six months after enactment
