Amends Title 35 (Health and Safety) to add "offices of the legislative branch" to the list of entities that receive coordinated emergency communication systems, weather emergency notifications, and information sharing from the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency

Requires the agency to establish a sole statewide telephone number specifically for offices of the legislative branch to directly communicate with the agency during weather emergencies

Maintains existing requirements for the agency to operate integrated communications for weather advisories, river forecasts, and emergency preparedness functions across all counties

Preserves the existing sole statewide telephone number for reporting radioactive materials, hazardous materials, and other disaster emergencies

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
