Doubles the distance limits for registration-exempt farm vehicles traveling on Pennsylvania highways, increasing Type A (≤10,000 lbs) and Type D (inspected motor carrier) vehicles from 50 to 100 miles between farms and to places of business

Increases Type B farm vehicles (10,001-17,000 lbs) travel limits from 25 to 50 miles between farms and for buying/selling agricultural commodities, and from 50 to 100 miles for vehicle repairs

Doubles Type C farm vehicles (uninspected motor carriers) travel limits from 10 to 20 miles between farms and for commerce, and from 25 to 50 miles for repairs

Amends Title 75 (Vehicles) Section 1302(10) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes governing farm vehicle registration exemptions

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
