Amends The Second Class Township Code to expand township authority over memorials beyond just soldiers' monuments to include maintenance, repair, establishment, and contribution to any qualifying memorial

Expands the definition of "memorials" to include monuments, guns, carriages, memorial halls, and memorials honoring Pennsylvania National Guard members, U.S. armed forces personnel, and reserve component members

Adds first responder memorials to covered categories, including those honoring firefighters, emergency medical technicians, paramedics, emergency vehicle drivers, and township police officers

Authorizes boards of supervisors to receive money from persons or organizations for memorial purposes

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
