Amends Title 20 of Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to require courts to schedule guardianship review hearings within 30 days of a petition filing, with the hearing occurring no later than 60 days after filing

Courts may continue hearings beyond 60 days only with written findings that rescheduling is necessary to permit party participation, allow counsel preparation, complete capacity evaluations or medical reports, or otherwise prepare interested parties

Review hearings must be held in the presence of the incapacitated person and their attorney, with the court able to continue guardianship if necessary or discharge it if no longer needed or less restrictive alternatives exist

Courts may decline to schedule a new review hearing for 180 days if the same interested party previously requested and received a hearing within the past 180 days and raises no new issues or facts

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
