Expands workers' compensation disfigurement benefits from injuries to "the head, neck or face" to include "the body" for serious and permanent disfigurement producing an unsightly appearance

Increases maximum disfigurement compensation period from 275 weeks to 400 weeks at 66⅔% of wages

Allows workers to collect disfigurement benefits separately and simultaneously with total or partial disability benefits, rather than having to choose one

Applies to permanently disfiguring injuries where permanent disfigurement is reached on or after the effective date, regardless of when the original injury occurred

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
