Expands authorization for flashing/revolving blue lights from tow trucks only to include "emergency roadside service vehicles" that assist disabled vehicles with tire changes, lockouts, fuel delivery, battery jump starts, vehicle extraction, or minor mechanical servicing

Blue lights may only be equipped in the rear of the vehicle and can only be activated when the vehicle is stationary on the roadside responding to a disabled vehicle, not while in motion

Changes mandatory language ("shall") to permissive language ("may") throughout the statute regarding equipment of yellow, white, and blue lights on tow trucks

Unauthorized use of specified lights remains a summary offense punishable by a $50 fine

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
