Disabled veterans would receive a 50% reduction in electronic toll rates on the Pennsylvania Turnpike

Eligibility requires Pennsylvania residency, a valid electronic transponder, and documentation of either: combat-related loss/loss of use of limbs or total blindness, or 50% disability certification from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

Applicants must sign a statement agreeing not to engage in fraudulent activities; violations may result in loss of transponder privileges

Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission must publish application forms and guidance within 30 days of the effective date and approve or deny applications within 45 days of receipt

Act takes effect 60 days after enactment
