Willful failure to comply with the employment order constitutes contempt, punishable by up to 1 year imprisonment, fines up to $5,000, and/or probation up to 2 years

Abuse victims who obtain a protection order are relieved of any duty to pay alimony to the abuser for the duration of the protection order

Defines "intellectual disability" to include significantly subaverage intellectual functioning with limitations in adaptive skills, as well as autism spectrum disorder

Defines "physical disability" as a permanent or irreversible impairment substantially limiting major life activities such as walking, working, breathing, or caring for oneself
