Adds corrections officers to the list of personnel whose survivors are eligible for state death benefits under Pennsylvania's Emergency and Law Enforcement Personnel Death Benefits Act, alongside firefighters, ambulance/rescue squad members, law enforcement officers, and National Guard members

Provides a $100,000 lump sum payment from the General Fund to the surviving spouse, minor children, or parents of corrections officers who die as a result of performing their duties

Includes monthly salary payments (minus workers' compensation or pension benefits) to surviving spouses or minor children of paid corrections officers until no eligible beneficiary remains

Defines "corrections officer" as an individual employed at a county or Commonwealth correctional facility, prison, or jail to provide security or custodial service for inmates

Takes effect 60 days after enactment, with benefits retroactive to January 1, 1976 for qualifying deaths
