Requires remote access to licensee platforms and customer information to comply with the licensee's comprehensive written information security plan.

Prohibits in-person consumer interactions at remote locations when the location is the employee's personal residence.

Bars licensees from advertising or representing remote locations as operating locations to consumers.

Specifies that remote locations must not be owned or controlled by the licensee, with exceptions for locations controlled by subsidiaries or affiliates used incidentally for consumer convenience.

Takes effect 60 days after enactment.
