Amends the Public School Code to allow school districts to offer firefighter and emergency medical services training as credit-earning courses to students age 16 or older who are members of a fire company or EMS agency

Changes transportation requirements from mandatory to optional for off-site training programs, while maintaining the requirement that school districts must provide supervision during off-campus training

Shifts program classification from "cooperative education" to "out-of-school program" under 22 Pa. Code § 11.28

Explicitly states school districts are not responsible for course fees and related materials costs

Takes effect 60 days after enactment and updates statutory references to align with current EMS law (35 Pa.C.S. Ch. 81)
