Prohibits Pennsylvania courts from issuing extreme risk protective orders (commonly known as "red flag" orders)

Defines extreme risk protective orders as court orders that would deprive individuals of their constitutional right to own, possess, or receive firearms, or require firearm surrender, when the person is not otherwise prohibited under existing law (Section 6105)

Amends Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes by adding new Section 6129

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
