Authorizes entities conducting business in Pennsylvania under state corporate law to install electrified security systems on nonresidential property to protect against unlawful intrusion

Requires systems to comply with International Electrotechnical Commission Standard 60335-2-76 (edition 3.0), use a battery-powered energizer not exceeding 12 volts DC, and connect to a monitored alarm that cannot directly contact law enforcement

Mandates electrified fencing be positioned 4-8 inches behind a nonelectrified perimeter barrier, with maximum height of 10 feet or 2 feet above the outer barrier, and warning signs with electric shock symbols posted every 30 feet

Requires installers to notify the municipality of installation, including alarm company name and business location; municipalities may require alarm registration and prohibit non-compliant systems

Grants the Department of Labor and Industry authority to adopt subsequent editions of the IEC standard through regulation, with required notification to relevant Senate and House committee chairs
