Amends the Public Employe Relations Act of 1970 to restrict what personal employee information can be shared with labor organizations through collective bargaining

Prohibits employers from bargaining over providing employee organizations with: Social Security numbers, driver's license data, state ID data, bank/payment card information, passport numbers, taxpayer ID numbers, health insurance/medical information, home addresses, home and personal mobile phone numbers, and personal email addresses

Creates an exception allowing such data sharing if required by a collective bargaining agreement that was already in effect before this law takes effect

Retains existing law allowing membership dues deductions and maintenance of membership as proper subjects of collective bargaining

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
