Amends Title 75 (Vehicles) to allow disabled truck combinations requiring emergency service to be towed to a repair location of the owner's choosing, rather than only to a nearby garage or first available location

Exempts tow trucks hauling a truck tractor with up to two trailers for emergency service from standard vehicle length restrictions under Section 4923

Removes the requirement that overweight tow truck combinations travel only to the first available repair location at the direction of emergency personnel or Commonwealth employees

Expands weight restriction exemptions for tow trucks to include those towing truck tractors with up to two trailers, not just disabled motor vehicles

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
