Retail gasoline dealers are prohibited from increasing the posted price per gallon for any grade of gasoline between fuel deliveries, though price decreases are permitted at any time

Price changes that reflect changes in federal, state, or local taxes/fees on gasoline or that correct documented clerical or mathematical errors are exempt from the prohibition

The restriction applies separately to each grade of gasoline and each payment method at each retail location, with deliveries documented by bills of lading or delivery tickets

Amends Pennsylvania's Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law to classify mid-delivery price increases as an unfair or deceptive act or practice

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
