Establishes the School Supplies for Educators Grant Program within the Pennsylvania Department of Education to provide funds for teachers and specialized instructional support personnel to purchase school supplies online

Limits individual grants to a maximum of $500 per user account per school year for online purchases from authorized e-commerce vendors

Eligible participants include classroom teachers, school counselors, school nurses, school psychologists, and school social workers employed in good standing by school districts, charter schools, intermediate units, or area career and technical schools

Requires the Department of Education to identify authorized software providers for an e-commerce platform, establish regulations, and provide technical assistance to participating schools

Takes effect 60 days after enactment, with funding from General Assembly appropriations and other sources received by the department
