Amends Pennsylvania's Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law to make it an unlawful deceptive practice for restaurants to advertise or offer food and beverage items on any menu without clearly disclosing prices prior to selection

Applies to all menu formats including printed, posted, display board, drive-thru, digital, electronic, QR code, and website/app menus

Defines "restaurant" broadly to include bars, cafés, coffee shops, delicatessens, fast food establishments, food hall counters, and food trucks at fixed locations, but excludes grocery, convenience, and specialty-food retailers that do not prepare food to order

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
