Adds offices that provide hunting and fishing license applications to the list of government agencies required to offer voter registration services under Pennsylvania's existing "motor voter" system

Expands upon current law which already requires voter registration access at public assistance offices, county orphans' court clerks, marriage license bureaus, disability services offices, and armed forces recruitment centers

Amends Section 1325(a) of Title 25 (Elections) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
