Expands Pennsylvania's drug overdose response immunity law (Section 13.7 of The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act) to provide broader legal protections for individuals who seek help during an overdose

Prohibits charging or prosecuting protected individuals for probation and parole violations in addition to specified drug-related offenses under section 13(a)

Adds protection from prosecution under 18 Pa.C.S. § 2705 (recklessly endangering another person) for those covered by overdose immunity provisions

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
