Amends the Medical Care Availability and Reduction of Error (Mcare) Act to add a new continuing medical education requirement for physicians licensed in Pennsylvania

Requires physicians licensed to practice medicine and surgery to complete at least one hour of continuing medical education on nutrition during each two-year licensure period

Maintains the existing requirement of 100 hours of mandatory continuing education per two-year licensure period, with the nutrition hour counting as part of this total

Takes effect 60 days after enactment
